The 4Winds Cabinet is comprised of 4 groups of individuals and support persons who understand and are committed to the work which we have all taken on as our calling. These accepted-assignments, all volunteer, exist as authorities within their accepted-positions and levels with the following hierarchy only, without exception, regarding the works of this ministry as a whole.
